Joel Votolato


Joel handles all manner of litigation, ranging from landlord-tenant matters in state court to federal appellate matters before the 1st circuit Court of Appeals. Joel has handled foreclosure litigation, creditor defense cases before the US Bankruptcy Court as well as complex real estate and contract litigation in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. When not in Court, Joel also handles real estate transactions and corporate law issues.
